Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wizard House IT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, at our discretion we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • The product is unopened and in resalable condition

  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided

Note: Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit unless they are faulty or not as described.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Does not perform as expected

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Photos of the fault if applicable

Our team will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

3. Repair Services

If a device repaired by Wizard House experiences the same issue again, please contact us within 30 days of the repair.

We will inspect the device and work to resolve the problem promptly.

Please note that repair warranties apply only to the work completed or parts replaced, and not to unrelated faults.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Wizard House include a manufacturer’s warranty. If a warranty claim is required, we can assist you with the process and liaise with the manufacturer where applicable.
